Book Cellar: Gales Ferry Library has an expanded ongoing book sale in the basement. The Book Cellar is open to the public during library hours.
Bill Library Book Sale: The annual Bill Library book sale is held for 10 days in September overlapping with the Ledyard Fair.
Ongoing Book Sale: Bill Library also has a smaller ongoing book sale during the year. Books are always changing and you never know what bargains will be found.
Books and More Sale: This holiday sale is held in conjunction with the Red Sleigh Bazaar in November. The sale features like new books suitable for gift giving, a craft and bake sale and silent auction.

When it’s time to clean out the attic or reorganize the bookshelves, please remember the Ledyard Library Friends. Our book sales couldn’t happen without your gently used books, DVDs, and CDs. Please do not bring books that are dirty, moldy or in poor condition. Before bringing your donations, call the library for information on times, places, and restrictions.
